Machinist
CNC Machinist/Programmer Position available
Must have a minimum of 1 year of HAAS CNC Mill experience and/or equivalent technical education
Experience setting up, operating, and programming CNC Mills using Inventor CAM
Experience reading and the ability to comprehend engineering drawings
Familiarity with process specifications
Welder
TIG Welder Position available
3-5 years TIG welding experience
Experience with many types of metals, mainly Stainless Steel and Aluminum
Sets up and operates various types of welding machines
Reads and understands drawings and shop routing
Ability to weld short and long production requirements with repetition
Must have their own required tools and safety gear, such as a welding helmet and measurement tools
Finisher
Metal FinisheR Position available
Must be able to use a commercial 7" disc grinder for grinding welds, a Pneumatic grinder, a Buffer, a 4" Grinder, a DA Sander, and a Dynafile
Grinding, buffing, filing, cleaning parts, moving parts, and some wrapping of parts are all part of this job, as well as what you are directed to do by your area lead
Needs to be able to file inside corners to the proper contour using hand and power equipment
Needs to be able to identify a poor weld and route the part back to the welders for repair. Be sure to notify your area lead to verify
